This intimate dining experience takes place in Chef Matthew's personal home kitchen where he will cook and serve five delicious gourmet courses to you and your date. (The menu choices will be the same for each person). Four varietals of Napa Valley wine is offered, as well as soft drinks and bottled water. In addition to the menu options you select for four of your courses, Chef Matthew will serve an intermezzo prior to your main course. Warm bread and a flavorful infused dipping oil will be served as you are seated. You will be seated just a few feet away from the kitchen where you can see the 'magic' that will become your meal. You are welcome to ask Chef Matthew any questions about the food preparation, or just sit back and enjoy the five star meal and service. $175/person
