Matthew May teaches fun interactive cooking classes in his personal home kitchen in Virginia Beach Town Center. You can feel relaxed and comfortable in this private setting while you learn the science of cooking, different cooking techniques, drink delicious wines, and so much more!
PASTA MAKING WORKSHOP FOR TWO
$250/couple
Totally private and perfect for date night or a special night out with your best friend, mom or dad! You will learn the skill of making fresh pasta by hand! You will also learn how to make two classic sauces, and how to hand cut and machine cut two different noddles. Teenagers and kids are allowed to attend these private classes with an adult. Classes are typically from 6-8 PM., but because your class is private, you do have flexibility with your start time. (class duration is approx. 2 hours)

SPECIALITY BOURBON COCKTAIL TRIO CLASS FOR TWO
$325/couple
This unique bourbon class is built upon three special bourbon cocktails
with a perfectly-paired upscale menu that will make your taste buds very happy! (The cocktail selections and menu choices will change periodically.) You will prepare the menu together and enjoy each hand crafted cocktail with its paired menu course. FAMILY NIGHT
$350/two adults and two children
Totally private and a perfect interactive "family night"! This private class is for parents and two children under the age of 18. Four varietals of Napa Valley wine will be served to the adults and soft drinks and water are available for the children as well as adults. You have flexible date, start time and menu options. (class duration is approx. 2 hours)

1-ON-1 5 CLASS SERIES
$1000/5 private classes
Totally private 1-on-1 classes for anyone who wants to step up their game in the kitchen. You have flexible date, starting time and menu options. Classes are typically from 6-8 PM., but because your class is private, you do have flexibility with your start time. You will be taking a serving of each course home with you!

DINNER AND DANCING FOR TWO
$400/couple
Totally private and the best date night you will ever have! You will enjoy a private one hour dance lesson with award-winning local ballroom dance instructor Bradley Wanzor. Immediately following your dance lesson, you will begin your private cooking class with Chef Matthew. Your cooking class will include four delicious courses, and Napa Valley wine. You will make your menu choices and date request at time of purchase. (class duration is approx. 3 hours)
