This special 'food and wine pairing' cooking class is out of this world...literally!  You be be drinking this fine Cabernet Sauvignon that was fermented at The International Space Station in 2023.  This fermentation process resulted in a different species of yeast strain.  This bottle of wine is the result of passion, science, and exploring a new frontier of wine!
 
You must be 21 or older to attend any group class.  If you are absent or cancel within 7 days of the class, your registration it NON-transferable to anther class.  If you cancel PRIOR to 7 days of class, you may transfer your registration to another class.  If the class is full and registration has been cut off, you are not allowed to transfer to another class, unless you sell your seats to someone else.  All payments are nonrefundable.
