TEACHING  KITCHEN  UPDATES

-NEW!  Experience the ultimate date night with this very special "Dinner and Dancing" private cooking class!  You will enjoy a one-hour private dance lesson with award winning local ballroom dance instructor Bradley Wanzor. You can choose your dance style: cha-cha, waltz, tango, or swing. Immediately after your dance lesson, you will begin your private cooking class with Chef Matthew where you will enjoy a delicious four-course menu,  Napa Valley wines, and learn the science of cooking. Currently, this class is available only on selected Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings from 5:30-8:30 PM.

-ALL gift certificates are available to be mailed directly to the recipient or a digital/print-at-home PDF certificate can be emailed to you or directly to the recipient just in time for any holiday!

-Did you know...  Chef Matthew May works very hard to make sure your group or private cooking class is vibrant, fun, educational, and delicious. But did you know that he also creates numerous delicious hand-crafted products to be used in your recipes or cocktails?  His hand-crafted products make for thoughtful gifts all year long! -Experience a private three-tiered Bourbon Cocktail Class for Two that's going to knock your socks off! Each hand-crafted bourbon cocktail is perfectly paired with the most scrumptious appetizer, entree, and dessert. Together, you will cook each course as Chef Matthew makes his specialty hand crafted bourbon cocktails to be paired with your menu. Cocktail and menu options will periodically change.
